An Interstellar Network (or simply Network and sometimes Internet) is a system of interconnected computer networks that uses an Interstellar Transmission Control Protocol (ITCP) to communicate between networks and devices. Each network may itself be a network of networks, consisting of private, public, academic, commercial, and government networks—from local to interstellar scope—linked by a broad array of networking technologies.
