The McCrae Test and Training Range is a group of six star systems located on the spinward edge of the Sunset Gates. The subcluster has no settled systems nor sovereign states residing within it.

Etymology

The McCrae Test and Training Range is named after Lieutenant-Colonel John McCrae, an officer in the Canadian Expeditionary Forces during the Great War who wrote the famous war memorial poem "In Flanders Fields."

With the exception of McCrae, all of the stars of the subsector are named after notable Entente victories during the Great War.
