The 10,000 of Berlin refers to a volunteer force of the Wehrmacht that took part in the Fall of Berlin, the final major battle of the Second Scinfaxi War. The term originated from a speech given by the German Reichskanzler, commemorating both the battle, and then ongoing End of the Earth. The "Ten Thousand" became a fixture of fascist propaganda over the next century, featured heavily in both state media and popular culture. Among the many memorials across the Reich and wider Orion Arm, ten-thousand inscribed Oak Trees are honored in the Berlin Gardens within the Avenue of Splendors on Germania.
