The group known as PANOPTICON has released a cache of financial and incorporation documents purportedly obtained from the records of the Harwich Meridian Bank, shuttered twelve years ago following a regulatory audit. The documents appear to show that three subsidiary holding companies operating under the bank's umbrella may have been linked to the British Secret Intelligence Service.
