The Pact of Rome is an international organization with member states across the Orion Arm. It is affiliated with the Axis Powers. It is led by the Italian Social Republic.

Sacala Air War

The Pact of Rome is currently engaged in a mostly aerial war over the Amalfi world of Sacala following a lightning invasion and subsequent capitulation of the Amalfi system's prior superpower, the Federation of Sacala. Of the thirteen countries present on the world, the Pact of Rome and its allies have occupied 3 of them. This conflict has notably attracted the participation and interest of a wide array of private military companies, many backed by the other powers of the Orion Arm in order to support their interests or undermine the Pact's without becoming directly involved and risking an outright confrontation with the Pact of Rome or its Axis allies.
