Horst Niemeyer was the Reichkanzler of the Greater German Reich from 2259 to 2271. Niemeyer's tenure was marked by the strengthening of the EFNV party apparatus and the expansion of the Reich's influence in the Far Frontier. Previously having served as the Reich's Minister of Aviation, major military reforms were pursued under his leadership. His favoritism towards the Luftwaffe led to tensions with other branches of the Reich military, including the Kriegsmarine, Heer, and intelligence services.
