The Orion Treaty Organization (OTO) is an international military alliance with member states across the Orion Arm. It's interstellar reach is anchored by a core bloc of powerful members in the Sea of Clouds that includes the United States, France, the United Kingdom, and West Africa. The organization promises collective security, whereby an attack on a member state is considered an attack on all.
