The USNS Threshold is a famous ghost ship, alleged to have been a USN research vessel lost during its maiden voyage that was built during the Evacuation of Earth as a testbed for an experimental form of faster than light travel. Sightings of the ghost ship have been reported across the Orion Arm, most recently in the Barong System in the New Canaan Corridor.
