It is situated directly between the Symphony Subcluster Spinward and the New American Colonies Rimward.
The subcluster includes one sovereign state: the United States of America.
The Gateway Subcluster is principally comprised of four primary star systems: Mosaic, Harmony, Tradition, and Determination.
All four of the star systems of the Apollo Subcluster are significantly populated.

From English gate + way. An English noun meaning "a place regarded as giving access to somewhere."
