Štefan Konečný

Štefan Konečný was a former high level officer of a private military company under the employ of Thule Incorporated during the Corporate War and complicit in the Silver Spring Tunnel Massacre. He was later killed on Glasswall years after the war by operatives of the Torchfire Group.
