Thule Incorporated

Thule Inc. was a Centauri-based multinational megacorporation active in the financial, orbital construction, and geoengineering sectors. Established during the evacuation effort, it grew by the mid-23rd century into one of the largest companies as measured by revenue and counted among the “Big Six” of Centauri orbital industry.

In the late 2260s, Thule attempted a major expansion into the Far Frontier, a move sometimes interpreted as an effort to establish an illegal corporate state. Its actions provoked resistance from regional governments, culminating in the Frontier War. During the conflict, private military contractors employed by Thule committed a series of abuses that drew widespread condemnation across the Orion Arm.

Investigations into Thule's activities uncovered extensive internal fraud within the corporation. As a result, Thule was dissolved, with its assets auctioned off.
