The Merchants of Death is an informal designation given to a list of the Orion Arm's most prolific and infamous arms dealers. The list is maintained by the Coalition of Interstellar Peace. Many of the individuals of the list are wanted by the Interpol but often they are shielded by national or corporate backers.

#19 Alejandro Rodríguez Pérez
A Comintern-affiliated arms dealer, Rodríguez Pérez spent two years in a German prison before being exchanged in a 2284 swap with the Soviet Union. He is now reportedly active again in the interstellar arms trade.
According to a report by the Centauri Sentinel, Rodríguez Pérez was recently sighted around the Arcturus System. Anonymous sources, including unnamed security officials, have claimed that he previously brokered small arms deals for French-blacked rebels in the Elysian Fields prior to his imprisonment.
